Greater Adjutant Stork at Kaziranga National Park
Kaziranga National Park, spread along the southern bank of the Brahmaputra River in Assam, offers a striking backdrop for photographing the Greater Adjutant Stork amid its mix of tall elephant grass meadows, swampy lagoons, & dense tropical forest. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this landscape provides plenty of scope for capturing the stork against varied natural textures & light. Visiting in March, as part of the Wildlife of Kaziranga National Park holiday, gives photographers the chance to explore this rich mosaic of habitats in search of the species. It's a location where patience & an eye for the surrounding terrain can make all the difference to your final shot.
